The Story of Chapel Haven

Chapel Haven opened its doors in September of 1972 on Chapel Street. Like many programs of its kind, Chapel Haven was created by parents who wanted to help their special needs children become truly independent.

In 1972, we moved to our Whalley Avenue location and expanded our programs, but the original spirit and mission of Chapel Haven remain.
