Day Program (Non-Residential)

Students from Greater New Haven area may enroll in our 24-month Day Program, taking classes alongside the 30 residential students who come to Chapel Haven from around the country. Students follow the same core curriculum as residential students, taking vocational and life skill classes as well as electives of their choosing.

Chapel Haven is unique in that it offers educational services which can lead to a high school diploma from the student's own high school, while providing hands-on preparation for adult independent living. To track progress over the course of the curriculum, a planning team consisting of appropriate school district representatives, Chapel Haven Education Faculty, and parent or guardian, is created for each Day Program Student.
