Chapel Haven, a private nonprofit agency founded in 1972, dedicated to helping adults with special challenges live independent and productive lives, is proud to offer an Asperger's Syndrome Adult Transition Program. This program, designed to be a transition to independent adult life for individuals with Asperger's Syndrome, will address the specific needs of this currently underserved population. |
