Einera Beauvais, Sr. VP Transition Programs, Health and Wellness Services

Einera oversees and is responsible for the Health and Wellness Programs including Nursing and Café services, CareerAbility including the Community Life Day Program, REACH and ASAT residential programs.  Einera is a strategic and visionary leader who works collaboratively with leadership and her team, championing and implementing innovative systems and services. Einera continuously seeks to improve programmatic services that captures the needs of the individuals served, while delivering high quality services. As a member of the Senior Leadership team Einera is responsible for leading the organization’s strategic initiatives, supporting innovation, and participating in program development in line with CHSC’s mission and values.

 

Einera has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Southern Connecticut State University.  She began her career as a Registered Nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital before joining the Chapel Haven team in 2001.
