Chapel Haven’s UARTS program will participate in the JCC Craft & Gift Fair on Sunday, Dec. 2 from 10am-3pm.
The JCC is located at 360 Amity Rd, Woodbridge, CT 06525.
The JCC offered the UARTS program a slot as part of a growing partnership between Chapel Haven and the JCC.
“We are looking forward to partnering with Chapel Haven in a variety of ways here at the JCC,” said Debbie Brander. “Our Craft Fair Day is also a JCC Open House with a lot of activities going on that the staff, students/residents and local parents would also really enjoy.”
Stephanie Berberich, UARTS Chapel Haven Program Manager, said the UArtisans are looking forward to showing off and selling their handmade products, including tableware, woven rugs, men’s ties, women’s scarves, jewelry, gift cards and holiday ornaments. All of the items make unique holiday gifts and support Chapel Haven’s premiere artisan training program, providing vocational skills for adults with developmental and social disabilities.
