The Schleifer Adult Independent Living (SAIL) campus is the newest part of our campus expansion and will be completed this December.
This four-story, state-of-the-art facility will comprise 46,000 square feet. Upper floors will include one and two-bedroom apartments with centrally-located communal kitchens, a fireplace, gathering spaces and terraces. The building has a total of 42 apartments designed with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms. The first floor of the new building will have a fitness center, a wellness cafe, engagement space, administrative offices and professional space for medical appointments.
The new building is universal in design and layout, and is intentionally, intergenerational, so adults of all ages can flourish into their senior years in a vibrant and non-institutional setting.
