Bill Angier, Certified Special Education Teacher

Bill is a certified special education teacher in the REACH program. He has been at Chapel Haven for over four years.  During his time at Chapel Haven, he has also served as the Manager of Work-Based Learning and Training in the CareerAbility program.  He now applies what he’s learned in CareerAbility to teach REACH students vocational skills.  Beginning in 2022, he will begin working toward the completion of a M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science.

Bill has spent his whole life in Connecticut but in 2015 moved to the New Haven area.  He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, going to walks and watching sports.
