Karin Frodel

Karin has over 25 years of experience working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities, beginning as a special education paraprofessional when a teenager.

She has been with Chapel Haven since 2005, initially as the Community Life Program (CLP) Coordinator and moving into supervisory and director positions within the ASAT, Chapel Haven West and Community Programs.

Karin is currently the Director of Vocational Services within the Center for Employment Services and Opportunities (CESO) overseeing vocational programs including supported employment and volunteer program, the CH Cafe and UArts. She has a BS Degree in Therapeutic Recreation and recently went back to school studying for an MBA degree. When not working Karin enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her husband, twin girls and their dog, Roxy.
