The 12th Annual Chapel Haven Schleifer Center Golf Tournament was on Monday, October 5, 2026, and we were thrilled to return to The Farms Country Club, one of Connecticut’s premier courses at 180 Cheshire Road in Wallingford—just a quick 20‑minute ride from New Haven. This beloved event brings our community together for a day of great golf, camaraderie, and purpose. Thanks for making it a great success!
