Dan DeRose, Business and Community Relations Specialist

Dan DeRose joined the CareerAbility team at Chapel Haven as a Business and Community Relations Specialist in March 2020. Dan will focus on developing employment and employer partnerships, upholding his core belief that there are many opportunities for CareerAbility clients to engage in meaningful experiences, while also providing significant value to the operations of private businesses and community organizations. Dan brings a strong background in business and special education to the CareerAbility team. He has over 20 years of experience as a stock exchange member, chief operations officer, and is a certified project management professional PMI-PMP and Six Sigma Green belt. Dan has a degree from the University of Florida in Communication Processes and Disorders, and has had the privilege of helping transition students learn vocational, life and academic skills for Fairfield Public Schools.
