Nicole Shows has been an integral member of the Chapel Haven West team since its inception in 2008. Nicole has taken on a variety of roles including Program Staff and Job Coach. Her passion to empower others helped her grow into her current role as the Recreation Coordinator where she plans, prepares, and schedules a variety of events tailored to our members.

Before coming to Chapel Haven West, Nicole worked with members of the community with varying abilities. With nearly 22 years of experience, she is a strong advocate for those finding their voice, empowering them to effectively advocate for themselves.

Outside of Chapel Haven West, Nicole stays busy supporting her two teenage children alongside her husband. As a family, they enjoy spending time together camping, attending little league games, and going on weekend adventures.
