Ashley Kimbell, Director of CareerAbility, joined CareerAbility in November 2022. She is a certified special education teacher with a Master of Science in Autism Spectrum Disorders and Other Developmental Disabilities, as well as a sixth-year degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Before joining Chapel Haven, Ashley spent eight years as a classroom teacher and has experience working with individuals of all ages and a variety of diagnoses.

Ashley is passionate about helping individuals build on their strengths, develop new skills, and work toward meaningful employment and greater independence. She enjoys creating opportunities for individuals to explore their interests, reach their goals, and become more connected to their communities. Ashley is excited to continue growing CareerAbility and making a positive impact alongside the individuals, families, and staff at Chapel Haven. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family.
