Paul Anacki
, Vice President of Finance
Paul Anacki brings extensive experience in nonprofit financial leadership and a long‑standing commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. He earned his B.A. in Economics from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University at Albany.
Early in his career, Paul worked directly in human services as both a direct care counselor and senior counselor for organizations serving individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness. He also volunteered as a Special Olympics coach, deepening his connection to the disability community.
Before joining Chapel Haven, Paul held a variety of financial management roles across mission‑driven organizations, including Waterbury Arc and Vista Life Innovations. His background also includes overseeing the accounting department at Greylock Federal Credit Union in Massachusetts and serving as Director of Finance and Administration at First United Methodist Church of Sarasota in Florida.
Paul’s blend of financial expertise and hands‑on human services experience informs his thoughtful, mission‑centered approach to financial stewardship at Chapel Haven.
