Sarah Elsdon serves as Chapel Haven Schleifer Center’s Project Coordinator, working closely with leadership on staff training, compliance, organizational effectiveness, and internal investigations. She has been part of the CHSC community for a combined twelve years, contributing her skills across Recreation, CareerAbility, and now Administration.

Sarah is a nationally certified school psychologist and brings a strong commitment to disability inclusion and equity to her work. She is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven.
