Sylvia McDavid
Manager of Resources and Operations

Sylvia is the Manager of Resources and Operations and is a member of the Leadership Team. Sylvia oversees multiple areas within the company and guides staff to perform to their best potential and achieve company-wide goals. She joined the Chapel Haven family in November of 2014 as part-time Program Staff and quickly transitioned to the Supported Living Program as a Point Staff. Originally from Phoenix, Sylvia attended the University of Arizona and received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has called Tucson her home ever since. Sylvia has devoted her career to helping the community by working in the social services field with foster children and at-risk youth.


Outside of work, Sylvia enjoys spending time with family and friends.
