Vivian Lobato, Work-Based Learning Specialist

Vivian Lobato is a Work-Based Learning Specialist in CareerAbility. She supports our café and its culinary training program, as well as job coaches students in Discovery. She has a BA in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut, along with a Servsafe Certification in Food Management. Before joining the Chapel Haven team, Vivian spent time volunteering as a teacher’s assistant and tutor while working within the culinary field. On or off the job, she enjoys cooking, baking, and trying new foods. During her free time, she likes to go on date nights with her boyfriend, snuggle her pup, and hangout with family.
