Chapel Haven was featured this week on Connecticut Style, the noon show on WTNH News Channel 8.

Chapel Haven President Michael Storz and two Chapel Haven community members – Jamie Harberg and Graham Howell – joined hosts Ryan Kristafer and Teresa DuFour on the CT Style set on Thursday, Feb. 1. Mike talked about Chapel Haven’s life changing mission and the campus expansion, which includes a new Welcome Center, a new REACH residential and classroom campus, a new “outdoor living room” and, soon, a universally designed building for lifelong enrichment.

The hosts and Chapel Haven guests, along with VP of Admissions & Marketing Catherine Sullivan-DeCarlo – a great day at WTNH 8!

Graham was one of first students to enroll in Chapel Haven’s Asperger Syndrome Adult Transition (ASAT) Program, in 2007. He is enrolled at Southern Connecticut State University and lives in his own apartment.

“I am so proud of Jamie and Graham for joining us live on this show,” Storz said. “Our adults tell our story better than anybody, and Jamie and Graham embody what Chapel Haven is all about – living an independent and self-determined life.”
