We are so proud of community member Josh O’Neill and his family!
Josh is a REACH graduate and now a Chapel Haven community member who leads a happy and self-determined life! He lives in his own condo, works in our Chapel Haven cafe and has a rewarding life of independence.
Josh was born with Down Syndrome and other complications but that did not deter his parents, Tom and Rita O’Neill. They went through a long journey of advocacy and grass roots work to be sure that Josh received the supports he needed throughout his life.
